This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the General Counsel. The Director, Compliance will own and evolve the company’s international trade and complex contract compliance programs — including government-related programs — and support broader regulatory initiatives spanning privacy, ethics, anti-corruption, and public company obligations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a compliance leader who thrives in export-controlled, highly regulated, and fast-scaling environments at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure.
