Dispute Resolution Associate — Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, Da Nang

Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers is expanding its dispute resolution practice to Da Nang to serve the growing legal market in central Vietnam. You will handle commercial litigation before the Tòa án nhân dân (People's Courts) and arbitration proceedings at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

Da Nang is one of Vietnam's fastest-growing cities, and this role offers the chance to build a practice in an emerging legal market with the backing of a major regional law firm.

• Represent clients in commercial disputes before the People's Courts at first instance and appellate levels
• Draft statements of claim, statements of defence, and submissions for arbitration proceedings
• Advise on enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitral awards in Vietnam
• Conduct legal research on Vietnamese case law and judicial precedents
• Manage discovery and evidence collection in complex commercial disputes
• Develop client relationships in the Da Nang and central Vietnam market

• 3-6 years' PQE in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration
• Admitted to the Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam
• Experience appearing before the People's Courts and/or conducting arbitrations at VIAC
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code 2015 and Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010
• Cử nhân Luật from a recognised university
• Fluent Vietnamese; good working English for international arbitration matters
