IP Litigation Luật sư — Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers seeks a mid-level Luật sư specialising in intellectual property litigation and enforcement. Based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, you will represent clients before the Tòa án nhân dân (People's Courts) and administrative enforcement bodies on trademark, patent, and copyright disputes.

This role is ideal for a lawyer passionate about IP protection in one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing markets, backed by Rajah & Tann Asia's regional network across 9 countries.

• Represent clients in IP disputes before the People's Courts at district and provincial levels
• Draft complaints, submissions, and appeals for trademark and patent infringement cases
• Coordinate with the Market Surveillance Agency and Economic Police on enforcement actions
• Advise on IP portfolio management, licensing, and technology transfer agreements
• Manage cross-border IP enforcement actions within the Rajah & Tann Asia network
• Prepare opinions on patentability, registrability, and freedom-to-operate

• 4-7 years' PQE in IP litigation, enforcement, or prosecution
• Admitted to the Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam or eligible for admission
• Experience representing clients before the Tòa án nhân dân and the National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP)
• Strong knowledge of the Intellectual Property Law 2005 (amended 2009, 2019, 2022) and Civil Code 2015
• Fluent Vietnamese and English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
