Employment Counsel — International Labor Law (Fully Remote)
Deel is hiring a Remote Employment Counsel to support our global employer-of-record platform. You'll advise on employment law across dozens of jurisdictions, helping companies hire anywhere compliantly.
Deel is a fully remote company with team members across 100+ countries. You'll work with a distributed team of legal experts using async tools and flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do:
- Advise on employment law compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Review and draft employment agreements, contractor agreements, and termination documentation
- Research and analyze labor law changes in key markets
- Support product development with employment law expertise
- Build scalable legal frameworks for cross-border hiring
