Job Description

Employment Law Advocaat at NautaDutilh

NautaDutilh is seeking an Employment Law Advocaat for our Rotterdam office to advise on Dutch and international employment matters.

About the Role

You will advise employers on individual and collective employment law matters including dismissal proceedings before the UWV and kantonrechter, works council consultations (ondernemingsraad), collective labour agreements (CAOs), restructurings and mass redundancies, and executive employment and non-compete clauses. The role includes employment aspects of M&A transactions.

Requirements

  • Meester in de rechten with specialisation in employment law (arbeidsrecht)
  • Registered with the Orde van Advocaten
  • 3-7 years of experience in Dutch employment law
  • Experience with UWV procedures and kantonrechter proceedings
  • Knowledge of the Wet Werk en Zekerheid (WWZ) and recent reforms
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
