Job Description
Join our family law practice handling matrimonial disputes, custody cases, succession matters, and adoption proceedings in Kenyan courts. We are one of the leading firms handling high-net-worth family disputes.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in matrimonial disputes and divorce proceedings. Handle children custody and maintenance applications. Draft succession petitions and grants. Advise on prenuptial agreements and matrimonial property.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate. 2-3 years experience in family and succession law. Familiarity with the Marriage Act 2014 and Succession Act.
Compensation
KSh150,000 - KSh280,000/month
