Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing expert advice and recommendations concerning the costs and benefits of proposed actions in the discretionary use of funds. Experience reviewing and analyzing resource requirements and the execution of civilian pay, temporary duty, contractual services, and supplies. Experience monitoring the execution of detailed budget forecasts and plans to fund the implementation of command goals and objectives. Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) with regard to all interface with STARS / SABRS including the reconciliation and analysis as well as Trial Balance Report.
