Job Description

Join our growing health law practice handling medical negligence claims, healthcare regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical licensing matters. Work with hospitals, insurers, and healthcare providers on Kenya's evolving health sector legal landscape.

Responsibilities

Handle medical negligence litigation and claims. Advise healthcare providers on regulatory compliance. Draft hospital agreements and pharmaceutical licensing applications. Represent clients before the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.

Requirements

LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 2-4 years experience. Interest in health law or medical law. Knowledge of the Health Act 2017.
