About the Opportunity

We are looking for a HR Compliance Manager to own our global HR compliance framework. You will ensure the company meets its employment and labor law obligations across every jurisdiction we operate in, lead workplace investigations and audits, drive compliance readiness efforts across the HR function and serve as the go-to expert on regulatory developments affecting our workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

Labor Law & Multi-Country Compliance

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive HR compliance program covering employment law, wage & hour, workplace safety, employee data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and anti-discrimination / anti-harassment requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
  • Build and own a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction compliance matrix covering labor standards.
  • Advise on workforce structuring (entity setup, EOR, contractor vs. employee classification) and assess the impact of crypto-specific regulations on the workforce.

Audit, Investigations, Risk Management & Regulatory Readiness

  • Participate in internal workplace investigations end-to-end, ensuring confidentiality and fair process.
  • Conduct regular HR compliance audits, gap analyses and remediation tracking; maintain an HR risk register and report to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure HR policies, practices and disclosures meet public-listing standards.
  • Conduct compliance and regulatory readiness assessment of HR programs, remediating gaps.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead cross-functional compliance projects end-to-end — scoping, milestone tracking, risk mitigation and post-launch review.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives (policy rollouts, system implementations, regulatory remediation) using structured project management methodologies.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proven track record leading workplace investigations and designing audit frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and executive-level communication skills.

Nice to Haves

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR compliance or employment law experience.
  • Prior experience in crypto / fintech / financial services, particularly in a regulated exchange environment.
  • Experience supporting compliance remediation within an HR function.
  • Familiarity with virtual-asset regulatory frameworks and public-company HR governance requirements.
  • Global HR experience.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
