Job Description

Seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to handle work permit applications, citizenship matters, and immigration compliance for corporate clients with operations in Kenya. The role involves advising multinational companies on Kenya's immigration framework including Class D, G, and K permits.

Responsibilities

Advise corporate clients on work permit categories and requirements. Prepare and file work permit applications with the Department of Immigration Services. Handle appeals and reviews of immigration decisions. Draft immigration compliance policies for multinational employers.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 3-5 years experience in immigration law or related corporate advisory. Knowledge of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act 2011.

Compensation

KSh180,000 - KSh350,000/month
