Immigration Paralegal — Global Mobility & Work Permits (Fully Remote)
Remote.com is hiring an Immigration Paralegal to support our global mobility and immigration services team. You'll help distributed companies navigate work permits, visa applications, and immigration compliance across multiple countries.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and file work permit and visa applications across multiple jurisdictions
- Research immigration requirements for new countries and update internal databases
- Coordinate with local immigration counsel and government agencies
- Support clients with global relocation and mobility planning
- Maintain immigration case management and tracking systems

Responsibilities

Requirements
Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree in relevant field. 1-3 years in immigration law or global mobility. Familiarity with work permit processes in multiple countries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones.
