Job Description
IKM, one of Kenya's top-tier IP firms, seeks a lawyer to join its thriving Intellectual Property practice. Handle trademark registrations, patent filings, copyright matters, and IP litigation in Kenyan courts and KIPI.
Responsibilities
File and prosecute trademark and patent applications at KIPI. Handle IP infringement litigation. Draft licensing and technology transfer agreements. Advise clients on brand protection strategies in East Africa.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 2-4 years experience in intellectual property law. Knowledge of KIPI procedures and the Industrial Property Act.

KSh200,000 - KSh380,000/month
