Position Overview
Job Description
- Support HR General Affair and Learning and Development function in employee welfare, training organization, personnel marketing and company CSR activities or events
- Support HR administrative for internal and external visitors e.g. and catering request
- Support newcomer, create employee ID Card, canteen card, uniform, van request,
- Support plant tours kit, photographer, printing
- Support meeting arrangement (aligning with requests and canteen)
- Provide digitalization tool if possible support HR activity
- Student study a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, MIS, Computer , Data IT, English, or related fields.
- Able to basic communication in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn and capable of multitasking.
- Creative, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Minimum internship period of 4 months (starting from April or May 2026).
