Position Overview
Job Description
1) Lead and manage a cost improvement project within department e.g. in house analysis of material consumption, cutting tool life improvement.
2) Track daily hourly SAP reporting status and gap analysis.
3) Support to manage toollife of molding tool e.g. end of toollife, replacement cost comparison.
4) Follow up priority within department and reporting to section manager e.g. team board minute meeting, tooling problem solving update status daily, participant in production daily morning meeting sumarize key topic.
5) Establish tool management system (TMS) manual and work instruction.
6) Support shopfloor management activity and improvement e.g. safety line walk.
7) Support external supplier tool spare part quality inspection check.
8) Support tooling cost calculation and PDCA.
TEF21
1) Contibute improvement project
2) Contribute TEF21 KPI/KPR analysis to achieve target
3) Contribute Tool Management Software (TMS) in shop floor
4) Contribute standard document in TEF22 department
5) Contribute Lean activity project.
6) Contribute document preparation for IATF16949 audit ISO14001 audit
TEF22
1) Follow up and tracking Machine utilization improment project.
2) Follow up and tracking open point of department.
3) Create weekly report for Cost tracking in SAP system.
4) Create and monitoring KPI/KPR of department.
5) Support improvement project activity.
1) Currently a student in Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
2) Good command in English and Thai
3) Basic Knowledge in Mold,Tool and Die, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint
4) Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from Apr 2026 or Aug 2026 or Oct 2026)

Working conditions
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.
