Job Description

  • Quality Management System (QMS):

    • Assist in monitoring and maintaining QMS change requirement.
    • Analyze current processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure compliance
    • Support in conducting collect information and assessments for continuous improvement.
    • Support preparing in auditing activities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data using Power BI.
    • Develop the Power BI dashboards and reports to track QMS change requirement and Concession
    • Help identify trends and insights in data to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work cross-functionally with quality management teams, and other department regard Q-mindset improvement
    • Support preparing in Quality activity 

Educational Requirements:

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering and Information Technology)
  • Relevant coursework in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Process Improvement, Data Analytics, and Power BI 

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations).
  • Familiarity with Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, data modeling).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.

Your advantages

  • This is an internship position; compensation (if any) and duration will be discussed during the interview process.
  • The intern will have opportunities to interact with international people and gain exposure to various aspects of quality system and quality method management.

Working conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5.30 pm.
  • Monthly allowance and housing allowance
  • Free lunch & transportation
  • Vacation eligibility: 1 day /month
  • Required period minimum 6 months
