Internship Data & AI for Platform Operations for Global Energy Management System
Position Overview
Job Description
- During your internship you will build and enhance GenAI-based solutions (e.g. chatbot, knowledge assistant) and help turn internal AI tooling into customer-ready features.
- You will develop internal dashboards and automation tools to improve platform transparency and operational efficiency.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to data analysis and monitoring of energy-related data across global manufacturing sites.
- To streamline processes and reduce manual effort you will support scripting and automation tasks (e.g. Python).
- You will improve data flow visibility and system monitoring across integrations and platform components.
- Finally, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and platform experts in a cross-functional digital product team.
- Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: first experience with programming or scripting (e.g. Python); basic understanding of data flows, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at applying your strong analytical and structured way of thinking to solve problems, driven by curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Work Routine: your on-site presence is required with the possibility to work remotely part of the time
- Enthusiasm: interest in Generative AI / chatbots or data-driven applications and in real-world systems and platform operations (not only development)
- Languages: very good in English
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
