Position Overview
Job Description
Main tasks:
- Supports department specialists in scheduling interviews/meetings;
- Managing information in databases;
- Willingness to regularly go in production area to collect information;
- Collects and updates employee data;
- Prepare HR-related reports/ presentations as needed;
- Other activities related to the human resources process.
We are looking for:
- University (final year of bachelor degree or first year of master);
- English – minimum medium level (spoken & written);
- Availability to work full time (8h/ day);
- Very good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Effective communication skills;
- Strong work ethic;

- An enthusiastic person, who wants to develop.
