Internship - Human Resources

HR Department at Syntegon Technology in Japan (location: Tokyo/Shibuya) is seeking an intern who can support with a mix of human resources tasks and controlling/Finance&Accounting tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

＜Human resources tasks＞

• Recruitment-related tasks: Support for new intern recruitment and post-employment follow-up
• Training-related tasks: Progress management for required online training
• In-house English language training support

＜Controlling/Finance&Accounting tasks＞

• Ad-hoc data collection
• Reporting format review
• Ad-hoc data analysis
• Cash flow analysis support
• Monthly financial closing support

Requirements:

• Candidate pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree related to HR, Accounting, or Business (must be enrolled at a university for the whole internship period of 6 to 12 months, from Aug 2026 to July 2027)
• Fluent in English, good command of second language (Japanese preferred)
• Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work and strong customer and service orientation
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong detail orientation
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Prefer to have SAP operation experience
