Job Description
- Support 5S Training, Assessment and 5S related activities
- Coordinate 5S Bi-Monthly Self Dept audit
- Conduct 5S Dept audits by DBE and prepare audit schedule / timetable
- Designing Posters
- Update Reports in Power BI
- Support Workshops by preparing materials
- Act as a back up to support Idea Management reports and follow up with line leaders for submission
- Act as a back up to compile materials for internal communication
- Video editing and recording for internal publication.
- Stationary stock updates.
- Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor degree in Business Management / International Business / Communication
- Able to communicate well and active
- Internship Start in Aug 22 or Sept 22
