About the Role
We are looking for an Intern to play an active role in supporting our HR team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute directly to ongoing projects and operational tasks, making a genuine impact on our goals. Key Responsibilities:
International Assignment Management:
- Contract Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize expat employment contracts.
- Checklist Development & Management: Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive inbound and outbound checklists for international assignees, covering pre-assignment, during assignment, and repatriation phases (e.g., visa/immigration, relocation, housing, benefits, tax, payroll, cultural training).
- Document Compilation: Compile, organize, and submit all necessary documentation for visa applications, work permits, and other expat-related requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Ad-Hoc: i.e. Reporting: Prepare and present various reports related to international assignments, operational metrics, and project progress to management.
Operational Improvement & Documentation:
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and propose improvements to existing operational processes within international assignments and other relevant HR/operations functions.
- Work Instruction Updates: Collaborate with stakeholders to update and create clear, concise work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for international assignment processes, ensuring they reflect current best practices and company policies.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferably 6 months of internship.
Start in April or earlier.
