Internship in Organizational Development and Communication within an International Team
Position Overview
Job Description
Become part of our international, interdisciplinary team and you will actively shape the purchasing function – from agile work and coaching to organizational development, strategy, and innovative tendering procedures.
- During your internship you will support our strategic purchasing projects and contribute to areas such as competence management and team development. You will also gain valuable insights into project management for digital transformation projects that make our work easier.
- You will play an active role in internal communications by developing communication materials and creating blog posts and wiki pages for our internal platform Bosch Connect.
- In addition, you will assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of international events – both virtually and on-site.
- You will learn how game theory is applied in purchasing auctions and tenders and help us further develop these methods within the company.
- Last but not least, you will contribute your ideas to improve and advance new and creative purchasing methods in order to achieve the best results together with us.
- Education: Studies in the field of Business Administration with a focus on Communication, Management, Business Psychology, Media Communications, Engineering, Data Science, or comparable
- Experience and Know-how: proficient in using MS Office and digital tools; ideally, knowledge of AI-supported applications (e.g., Copilot or ChatGPT).
- Personality and Working Practice: you are an open, curious team player who enjoys taking on responsibility, contributing your creativity, and has a talent for organization
- Working Practice: your presence on-site is required
- Enthusiasm: for modern media and communication, as well as an interest in topics like coaching and development in a professional context
- Languages: very good command of English and German
Start: September 2026
Duration: 5-6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
