Internship Logistics NPM - ContiTech Thermopol Romania(CTTR)

• Collecting and updating data on NPM(non production materials) material requirements.
• Placing and tracking existing orders and confirmations from suppliers.
• Monitoring deliveries (UIT) and escalating delays in case of identified risks.
• Checking stock levels for certain NPM categories (inventories in storage areas).
• Support in preparing KPIs for NPM and Material Planning.
• Data analysis on consumption, variations, trends.
• Participation in small process optimization projects (automation, standardization, data cleaning).
  Documentation of procedures and contribution to updating work instructions.

• University studies in progress (bachelor/master);
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
• English language - intermediate/advanced level;
• Communicative and detail-oriented person;
• Willingness to work 8h/day, morning schedule.
