Position Overview
Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Hyperautomation Implementation Hub team.
This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding and optimizing internal processes while contributing to the development of frameworks for customer communication.
As a part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes and effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and improvement of internal processes
- Help document workflows and identify opportunities for simplification or automation
- Assist in developing clear and consistent customer communication templates and guidelines
- Collaborate with different teams to gather feedback and understand business needs
- Participate in meetings and workshops to learn about process and communication challenges
- Research best practices in process optimization and customer communication
- Prepare simple reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
- Support basic analysis of process-related KPIs
- Being 2-3 year Student of Computer Science fields
- Availability to work min 30 hours per week
- Basic understanding of IT domain
- Python scripting skills
- Strong communication skills both in Polish and English
- Professional responsibility and reliability
- Keen on learning
