Junior Trainee Lawyer – Corporate M&A
Position Overview
Job Description
The Corporate practice is composed by a team of nearly 35 professionals who advise clients on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions. Our integrated team includes experts in antitrust/competition law, funds and investment management, real estate, insurance, private equity, equity capital market and public policy.
Our team also offers clients the combination of specialist technical and industry expertise across 12 sectors from financial services through to energy & resources and healthcare.
You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work and be involved in working closely with clients and other lawyers. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression.

- You are ideally a recent graduate or graduate and enrolled on a Master's course, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
- You are interested in starting your career in Corporate M&A and, for this reason, you have excavated the subject during your studies thanks to in-depth study, internship / campus / summer school experience etc.
- You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
