Juriste Corporate — M&A and Group Structures

BNP Paribas is recruiting a Juriste d'entreprise (In-house Counsel) for its Corporate Legal department in Paris. You will advise on corporate governance, group restructuring, and M&A transactions involving BNP Paribas entities across France and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance for BNP Paribas group entities under the Code de commerce
• Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder documentation
• Support M&A transactions including acquisitions and disposals of banking subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with AMF continuous disclosure obligations for the listed parent company
• Manage relationships with external avocats and notaires

Requirements

• Master 2 in Business Law or Corporate Law
• 3-5 years experience as juriste d'entreprise at a bank or major corporation
• Strong knowledge of French corporate law and AMF regulations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Fluent French and English
