Juriste en Droit de la Propriete Intellectuelle — Toulouse

Fidal's Toulouse office is seeking a Juriste specializing in Intellectual Property Law (Droit de la propriete intellectuelle). Toulouse is the European capital of aerospace (home to Airbus), and this role focuses on IP protection for technology companies, aerospace suppliers, and innovative startups in the Occitanie region.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise aerospace and technology clients on patent protection and licensing under the Code de la propriete intellectuelle
• Draft and negotiate technology transfer agreements, software licenses, and R&D collaboration contracts
• Handle trademark portfolio management and opposition proceedings before INPI
• Advise on trade secret protection and employee invention compensation (inventions de salaries)
• Represent clients before the Tribunal judiciaire de Paris (IP specialized chamber)

Requirements

• Master 2 in IP Law or Technology Law from a recognized university
• Admitted to the Barreau de Toulouse or Barreau de Paris
• 3-5 years PQE in intellectual property law
• Understanding of aerospace industry and technology licensing
• Bilingual French/English essential given international client base
