The Manager, Legal Compliance will provide critical support for business risk management, export controls, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) initiatives. This role is essential for implementing enhanced customer and supplier due diligence, onboarding new customers/resellers/end-users, and managing ongoing monitoring in alignment with Mastercard and Recorded Future requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute business risk, export controls, Sanctions, ABAC and AML compliance activities and processes.
- Implement enhancements to customer and supplier due diligence processes.
- Oversee the onboarding of all new customers, resellers, and end-users, ensuring robust compliance and ongoing monitoring.
- Support incremental risk and compliance requirements and services.
- Enhance understanding of risk and compliance requirements among internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in legal compliance (e.g., Sanctions, ABAC, export controls, or AML) and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage due diligence and onboarding processes for customers and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, integration-focused environment.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$162,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
