Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities (High Level)

• The Legal Counsel will provide end‑to‑end legal, contractual, and strategic advisory support to the Europe Generics (EUG) business.
• Act as primary legal partner to Internal teams.
• Support commercialization, product launches, and new business models
• Enable licensing, distribution, and collaboration transactions with structured, risk‑balanced contracting.
• Drive efficiency through clause standardisation, CLM adoption, and digital legal initiatives.
• Ensure SLA‑driven, high‑quality legal support and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

IT and Technology related Agreements

• Vendor & Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• IT & E‑commerce Support Agreements
• Website Terms & Conditions
• Device Loan / Product Use Agreements

Marketing & Promotion

• CME & HCP/KOL Engagement Agreements
• Marketing, Media & Creative Agency Agreements
• Influencer & Digital Marketing Contracts

Internal & Group Agreements

• Inter‑company Supply & Distribution Agreements
• Registration & Market Access‑related Internal Agreements

Qualifications & Experience

• Law degree from a recognised university; LL.M preferred.
• PQE (5-7 years) in in‑house legal roles or top‑tier law firms.
• Understanding of European legal and regulatory environments is preferred
