Position Overview
Job Description
- Drafting, reviewing and revising in accordance with our global corporate standards and applicable laws
- non-disclosure and similar confidentiality agreements
- release/non-reliance and reliance letters
- engagement letters
- supplier agreements
- Assisting in general corporate housekeeping matters
- Liaising with the Global Legal Team
- A degree in law from a recognized university
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international law firm or the inhouse legal department of an international group of companies
- Strong communication skills and commitment to teamworking, high analytical capabilities, good understanding of the business
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages spoken in our global business regions (e.g., Chinese, German, French) are a plus
- Highest professional standards, including with a view to confidentiality
