Job Description

Oasis Outsourcing BPO is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at a Personal Injury law firm. The role involves answering incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries, conducting initial client interviews to gather case details, and qualifying potential cases for the legal team.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for potential personal injury clients. Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries. Conduct initial client interviews to gather case details and facts. Screen and qualify potential cases based on established criteria. Enter and maintain case information in the CRM system. Coordinate scheduling with attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in law or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or intake coordination. Knowledge of personal injury law is an advantage. Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
