Job Description
Kenya Ports Authority seeks a Legal Officer based at the Port of Mombasa to handle commercial contracts, port operations legal matters, and regulatory compliance. This is a key role supporting East Africa's busiest port.
Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial contracts for port services. Advise on public procurement compliance. Handle dispute resolution with port users and concessionaires. Represent KPA in legal proceedings.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Advocate of the High Court. 3+ years experience. Knowledge of maritime law and public procurement regulations.
