Legal Paralegal - Energy and Contracts
Saudi Aramco is hiring a Legal Paralegal to join our contracts and procurement legal support team in Dhahran/Dammam. You will provide critical paralegal support on Aramco's complex commercial contracts and joint venture agreements.
Role Overview
Aramco's Legal Division processes thousands of contracts annually, from multi-billion dollar joint ventures to service agreements supporting daily operations. You will assist lawyers in managing this contract portfolio, conducting contract reviews, and maintaining Aramco's contract management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process commercial contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements
- Conduct first-pass contract reviews for compliance with Aramco's standard terms
- Maintain the contract management database and track key dates and obligations
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and business units on contract matters
- Prepare contract summaries and status reports for senior lawyers
- Assist with document management for arbitration and litigation proceedings

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field
- 2-4 years of paralegal or contract management experience
- Experience with contract management systems and databases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Saudi nationals preferred (Saudization)
