Litigation Attorney, Trust & Estate

The Litigation department at Berliner Cohen is actively recruiting for an Associate Attorney with 1 to 7 years of experience in trust & estate litigation. Additional experience in business, commercial, and real estate is preferred.

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. The ability to be a creative thinker and problem solver and to be able to work independently, as well as with a team, is also required.

The Litigation Associate's salary range for this position is $140,000 to $240,000. The successful candidate's salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience.
