As both a manufacturer of advanced AI chips and an operator of cloud compute infrastructure, the company sits at a unique intersection — designing the systems that power data centers while also delivering large-scale compute infrastructure to leading AI labs and enterprises.   As the company continues to scale, it seeks a deal-oriented Managing Counsel – Commercial & Infrastructure to join its legal team. This attorney will lead and negotiate complex commercial transactions that support the company’s infrastructure, revenue, and supply chain initiatives, serving as a key legal partner to the business on critical compute infrastructure relationships. This is a high-impact role within a small, collaborative legal team working closely with technical and business stakeholders across the organization.
