Job Description

  • During your assignment, you will design a new community space in SharePoint and seamlessly integrate it into Microsoft Teams. 
  • Furthermore, you will develop the new “Tip of the Week – Prompt Like a Pro” initiative for LISA Chatbot, which will involve creating and publishing weekly prompt tips. 
  • Moreover, you will train and improve LISA Chatbot, our internal AI assistant, by preparing content, optimizing prompts, and supporting FAQ enhancements. 
  • You will also edit and produce videos for the BoschTube channel to ensure they are of a high standard and engaging. 
  • Finally, you will create interactive, AI-driven videos using Synthesia, including preparing scripts, selecting avatars, and generating final videos. 
  • Education: studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Corporate Culture, Business, Strategic Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or comparable 
  • Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Teams within the Microsoft environment); experience with video tools such as Adobe or Synthesia; basic knowledge of web programming languages like HTML and CSS a plus 
  • Personality and Working Practice: you possess an independent, problem-solving, and user-focused mindset, coupled with a passion for learning from mistakes, strong communication skills, and creativity in video content creation; you are also willing to learn and independently develop new skills 
  • Languages: fluent in English and German 

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
