Job Description

  • During your internship you will become part of our international team in indirect purchasing by actively supporting us in our day-to-day business.
  • You will work on cross-functional topics in logistics and packaging purchasing (e.g. supplier base optimization, CSR checks).
  • Furthermore, you will support us with price negotiations and tenders in packaging materials made of wood, paper and plastics.
  • Also, you will have the chance to put your ideas and know-how into practice with independent analyses of purchasing data, e.g. volumes, material and contract numbers.
  • Finally, you can expect modern purchasing tools (e.g. iSource, e-auction) and a great team.
  • Education: studies in the field of International Business, Economy, Mathematics, Business IT, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Personality and Working Practice: you manage your tasks independently with a high degree of responsibility and adapt quickly to new challenges with a positive attitude
  • Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
  • Enthusiasm: for working in an international team
  • Languages: very good in English and good in German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
