What is The Role
We are seeking a thorough and detailed oriented MarTech Contracts Coordinator to join the marketing team. The coordinator position will play a key support role in handling the administrative flow of Marketing technology contracts, helping connect marketing partners with the legal team and ensuring contract processes move forward smoothly.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and lead the administrative workflow for contract lifecycle activities, including intake, tracking, execution, and archiving
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract details in contract management systems and Workfront management process
- Present, describe, and review vendor feedback for contracts, amendments, and related documents
- Track contract renewals, expirations, and notice periods; send reminders to interested parties
- Assist with routing contracts for approvals
- Respond to inquiries regarding contract status, documentation, and processes
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars and communications related to contract matters
- Ensure confidentiality and accurate handling of sensitive legal and business information
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in working with members of the Legal team
- Experience with outlining and guiding vendors concerning the sourcing process
- Strong communication skills in keeping internal team members informed as to progress or roadblocks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous or evolving processes
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to lead processes while working closely with team members
- Excellent time management
- Excellent collaboration and consensus-building
- Proficient in Google suite of products
- Writes effectively to address the needs of various audiences
- Familiar with basic marketing concepts (related to marketing technology)
- Experience working with remote and global teams and in a matrix organization.
