Independently and accurately setup and maintain customer records in internal systems
• Apply business rules to membership to determine eligibility for contract
• Experience and comfort working with large complex customer and / or contracting systems
• Resolve complex customer membership/eligibility disputes through research of internal systems and partnering with multiple stakeholders
• Preferred background in either or all of the areas listed below
o Contract operations and rebates processing
o Experience with employing customer management tools, financial reconciliation and / or accounting
• Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, fast learner, analytical and be able to take initiative without a lot of supervision
