The Role

The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for an M&A associate attorney in the Firm's Private Equity group.

Your Experience

Admission to the New York bar is required. Preferred class years 2020-2022. Submissions must include a resume, law school transcript(s), and deal sheet. 

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $310,000-$390,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
