Upvest regularly offer internships and working student opportunities in the following departments:

• Strategy & Org - Support high-impact projects with senior leadership, gaining exposure to our products, clients, operations, and the banking ecosystem.

• Banking - Accelerate growth by partnering with different departments, working with leadership to develop a sustainable, forward-looking approach to risk.

• Growth - Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in Upvest, optimize performance, and unlock our business potentials.

• Operations - Work with the Operations team to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and enable seamless business execution.

• Product - Collaborate with the Product team to design, build, and launch our products that create impact for our partners.

• People - Partner with the People team to shape culture, enhance employee experience, and drive organisational growth.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with teammates across different functions

What you bring:

• Commitment for minimum 4 months in Berlin or London

• Curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A proactive and hands-on attitude

• Experience with 1-2 internships would be nice to have
