Partner — Corporate & M&A

Al Tamimi & Company is seeking a Partner to lead its Corporate and M&A practice from its Kuwait office in Al-Hamra Tower, Sharq. As the largest law firm in MENA, we offer an unrivalled platform to advise on the most significant transactions in Kuwait's evolving market, including privatizations, acquisitions on Boursa Kuwait, and cross-border joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-value M&A transactions, including acquisitions of listed companies on Boursa Kuwait and private equity deals
• Advise on corporate governance under Kuwait Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and CMA regulations
• Manage relationships with sovereign clients, family conglomerates, and international investors
• Supervise a team of associates and legal researchers across the Kuwait office
• Develop business and drive revenue growth in the Kuwaiti market

Requirements

• LLB and LLM from a top-tier university
• Licensed by the Kuwait Bar Association or qualified in a common law jurisdiction with Kuwait practice rights
• 10+ years PQE in corporate/M&A, with significant GCC experience
• Existing client relationships in Kuwait preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
