Job Description
COMPETENCIES: Superior oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team interpersonal skills, including ability to participate effectively in small group team dynamics, and to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Active listening and reading comprehension. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Integrity/Honesty. Cultural competency. Proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time (6-8 Hours). Performing repeated bending motion. Manual dexterity for computer operation. Extended phone use. Travel required for recruitment events, training, conferences, workshops, and internal TDY assignments.
