Job Description
Mayer Brown Hong Kong is recruiting a Real Estate Associate for its Central office. You will advise on commercial and residential real estate transactions, leasing, property development, and real estate finance in one of the world's most active property markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties
- Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and property management agreements
- Handle real estate finance and mortgage documentation
- Advise on compliance with the Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap. 219) and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted in Hong Kong
- 1-3 years PQE in real estate or property law
- Experience in commercial leasing preferred
