Job Description
As a Relationship Manager Forex, your tasks will include :
- Contacting, educating, informing and selling potential customers the company’s products, services and special offers.
- Building and improving relationships with customers and partners.
- Building and managing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with customer service, back office, compliance and other internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
- Following the company’s strategies to reach sales goals.
- Presenting monthly sales reports to managers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Using internal sales management and other necessary software needed in the daily business tasks.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge in margin trading products, retail FX solutions and institutional business.
- Native Arabic speaking and Fluent in English is a must.
- GCC work experience.
