SAP Ship to Bill Rollout Consultant

Drive fit-to-standard analysis, harmonization of logistics processes, and strategic alignment with global SAP templates and organization policies.

• Ensure the successful transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA, including data migration, process reengineering, and change management activities.
• Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively during pilot & rollout projects - discovery phase until go-live & stabilization
• Guide the entities which are being rolled out to handle the local tasks ex. Data cleansing, process harmonization, authorization, training etc.
• Support central template design and localization requirements for logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and transportation processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology, including milestones such as Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• Establish & maintain effective relationships with cross functional team & ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Set up change management with local organization for ERP transformation
• Provide hypercare support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations post go-live.
• Drive formal signoffs on deliverables, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and audit frameworks.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer, training documentation, and global template evolution.

• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent). German would be considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of consulting & rollout experience as well as user training & support with some years of domain experience
• 2+ years of End-to-end Implementation experience including migration & cutover activity
• Knowledge in integrated process chains and S/4HANA functional implementation.
• Knowledge or experience in logistics processes, preferably in combination with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), is considered an advantage.
• Shipping process knowledge in R/3 or EWM, including basic understanding of export and domestic shipment processes.
• Hands-on experience in user enablement, including training, workshops, and post-go-live support.
• Experience with global/local rollouts, fit-gap analysis, adapting processes, integration/system testing, defect resolution, documentation, training, and cutover.
• Understanding of the following core logistics processes: delivery creation, picking and packing, transport planning, transport execution, and Post Goods Issue (PGI).
• Knowledge of Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to analyze and understand local business processes and compare them with standardized template processes.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager/Activate methodology, Signavio, Jira and tools for documentation, testing, and change management
• Customization skills are not required; however, a basic IT background and understanding of system environments is beneficial.
• Key user experience in the Logistic Execution (LE) environment in R/3, particularly LE-TRA, is also acceptable.
• Experience with the Transportation Management (TM) module is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex logistics requirements into technical specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Agile certification or experience working in agile projects is preferred.
• Readiness to travel internationally (EU).
