Anduril is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to join our dynamic, growing finance team located at our headquarters office in Irvine, CA or Washington, D.C.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Analyst, Government Compliance will support the evaluation of Anduril’s compliance with the six Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) defined contractor business systems (Accounting, Estimating, Government Property, Purchasing, Material Management and Accounting, and Earned Value Management) as well as Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and the development of process improvements to comply with these requirements. This position will work closely with the operational teams for each business system to evaluate current processes, provide feedback on compliance with regulations, and provide support for improving processes. This position will play a vital role in reviewing current policies and procedures, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the company. We’re looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, as this employee be collaborating with various internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the development of DFARS contractor business system compliant policies, procedures, desk guides, and processes.
  • Conduct internal staff assist visits to review contractor business system processes to ensure consistency with Anduril policy and DFARS requirements.
  • Perform internal reviews of accounting practices to ensure consistency with Anduril’s disclosure statements and CAS.
  • Assist operational teams in implementing process improvements to improve internal processes for compliance, efficiency, and ease of audit support.
  • Document staff assist visits and maintain records of results to support briefings to Anduril leadership and government auditors.
  • Play an active role in government audits and maintain accountability records.
  • Prepare a variety of reports relative to internal document statuses and system compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ year(s) of government accounting or contracting experience including direct knowledge of DFARS contractor business systems and CAS.
  • Experience in auditing or performing internal reviews of contractor processes.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to develop detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Ability to work with multifunctional groups to improve complex processes.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
US Salary Range
$129,000$171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
