Job Description

Join Ghana's largest law firm as a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice. You will lead complex transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity deals for multinational and local clients across key sectors of the Ghanaian economy.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate transactions from inception to completion. Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements. Advise clients on regulatory compliance with SEC Ghana and Registrar General requirements. Mentor junior associates and contribute to business development.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 5-8 years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law. Proven track record in M&A or capital markets transactions.
