Senior Associate – International Arbitration
Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP is seeking a Senior Associate for its International Arbitration practice. Singapore is Asia's leading arbitration seat, and our team handles high-value disputes at SIAC, ICC, LCIA, and ad hoc proceedings under UNCITRAL Rules. You will be based at our Raffles Place office.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations at SIAC, ICC, and ICSID
- Draft statements of claim, defence, witness statements, and post-hearing briefs
- Manage document production, expert evidence, and hearing preparation for complex arbitrations
- Advise on enforcement of arbitral awards in Singapore and across ASEAN under the New York Convention
- Appear before the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) in international commercial disputes
Requirements
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
- 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in international arbitration or dispute resolution
- Significant experience with SIAC and/or ICC arbitration proceedings
- Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Fluency in a second Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai) is advantageous
