Job Description

Bank of Botswana is recruiting a Senior Legal Officer to lead legal work on monetary policy operations, exchange control regulations and cross-border financial matters.

Responsibilities

Lead legal review of monetary policy instruments and exchange control orders
Advise the Governor's office on high-level legal matters
Manage external legal counsel on complex transactions
Represent Botswana in SADC monetary committee meetings

Requirements
