Job Description

MSVL Group, a pharmaceutical manufacturing group, is seeking a Senior Legal Officer with a strong focus on commercial real estate. The role involves providing strategic legal advice across property, corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance matters while ensuring compliance with Kenyan laws. This is a high-seniority in-house role.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice across property, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Manage the group's real estate legal portfolio. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Kenyan laws. Handle IP protection and data privacy matters. Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel. Advise on corporate transactions and commercial agreements.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with valid practicing certificate. 10 years post-admission experience, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of real estate and property law is a must. Experience in IP, data protection, and pharmaceutical regulations is desirable.
